    I bought this video surveillance camera that was supposedly solar-charged, but the experience was a complete disaster from the start. After waiting almost a month to receive it, I found that false notices were the norm, and I don’t mean minor annoyances! The camera seemed to have a mind of its own, constantly alerting me for non-existent movements. I decided to return it via AliExpress and, to my surprise, the supplier company contacted me by WhatsApp. After 12 days of back and forth, they finally admitted the camera was faulty. However, their “solution” was pathetic: I was offered another camera in exchange for withdrawing my dispute and leaving a five-star rating. What a joke! Do you think I’m a fool? Customer service was a total disaster and the quality of the product left much to be desired. I wouldn’t recommend this camera or my worst enemy.
